Envelope Printing - Color Options

Jet Press 1 or 2 Color

Our one or two color jet press provides superior color quality and great registration, with speeds capable of printing 60,000 envelopes per hour. One color printing means you will have one color printed on your envelopes, which can include grayscale designs. Two colors will mean you have two colors printed on your design that can be combined to create an array of stunning color designs.

Jet Press 4 Color

Our four color Jet Press provides the superior color quality and registration needed when utilizing multiple colors per print project without sacrificing speed. It prints 30,000 envelopes per hour using the CMYK color model or four spot colors. Using four colors within your project means the options are endless—every color is available to use on your custom envelope.

Custom Envelope Printing Services

Print Flat and Convert

This is a process where flat sheets are printed on a 5 color-press and die-cut to size and then converted on an envelope conversion machine. We stock all major die sizes from A-2 to 10”x13”. This method produces a higher quality envelope, usually full color and can often include complete ink coverage. Up to three windows on two patches can be added on as well.

Web Conversion

As the most economically efficient method of envelope printing, web conversion allows for 1-2 color inline prints and security tint to be printed simultaneously. We utilize roll paper that feeds, prints, and converts with the ability to add up to 3 window locations if needed. Web conversions are typically higher volume runs with envelope sizing from A-2 up to 7x10 and everything in between.
