Screen Printing

Screen Printing is a specific type of printing where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto certain materials using a block stencil, and is a popular option for apparel printing. Our RPQprint screen printing machine is robust, fast, and reliable. It uses top-quality materials and follows best practices set by the production company on how to create the best final result, every time it’s used. It produces up to 1,000 pieces of custom apparel per hour which offers an immense variety of configurations that can be made to each project.

Embroidery

Apparel embroidery is the process where a design is placed onto a garment using thread or yarn. We use our Barudan 6-head embroidery machine, which is the best on the market. It’s fast, reliable, and extremely accurate with a production quality unmatched by other machines. With stitch speeds up to 1,100 stitches per minute, it enables us to produce your projects quickly and always on your deadline. Direct-to-Garment

Direct-to-garment printing is the process of printing on apparel using specialized aqueous ink jet technology. The Printing Express uses an Epson Surecolor f2100 as our direct-to-garment printer, made for short runs and full color. It is one of the best machines on the market with unsurpassed speeds for incredibly quick turnaround times.
